Ekstein Development is proud to announce the launch of this new 100 unit $50 million development at the intersection of 11th Street and 44th Drive in the heart of Long Island City. This new development is being built as an 80/20 project with 80% of the units being offered at market rents with 20% of the units being reserved for low-income housing.
